Transitions are an integral part of our lives. While we can navigate many of these transitions by accessing our own internal and external resources, sometimes we need to seek out external support. Life Transitions Coaching assists clients with answering core life questions in a way that is self-empowering and transformational. It focuses on guided reflection and enablement, helping the individual to discover and recognize their strengths, capacities, and resources. My approach to coaching is based in Mindfulness principles and a respect for each individual’s unique situation and offers a platform to learn how to set realistic goals and develop plans to achieve them.
